I am absolutely thrilled to announce that I will be co-hosting a really unique photography workshop this July, with my good friend (and AMAZINGLY talented,) Connor Hibbs. The workshop will run from July 6-8, 2018.
Day 1 will focus on indoor studio lighting. You will learn lighting set-ups and how to handle studio lighting, and Connor will teach the system that he has developed for creating stunningly lit portraits. Our model for the day (in my photo, above) will be Lauren Price. Lauren is a wonderful model, and fun collaborator! Here are some examples of Connor's amazing portraiture:
Day 2 and 3 will focus on both creative portraiture and action photography. We have an arrangement with a group of re-enactors to pose in full authentic Civil War uniforms, where will will practice balancing flash with natural light. And one of the most exciting opportunities is that each photographer will also have a media credential to photograph the reenactments from the same press areas that are used by the major networks to cover and document the Gettysburg reenactments!
The full workshop price is $750.00 per person, and includes your admission to the reenactements, the media credential, studio time, and lunch each day. The workshop fee does not include your hotel, breakfast, or dinner.
There is a special early bird discount for anybody who registers and pays-in-full in December, 2018. Early registration is just $600.00 per person.
If you have any questions, let me know!
